1. You must at least know who Kou Reishin and Kou Kijin (Kou Houjuu) is and/or at least like them (either from the anime or manga).
2. You do not need a website to join. An email address will be fine.
3. If you do have a website, I would be very pleased if you would link back. Please link back to http://accidentally.wired-inertia.net. The code for the link is provided in the 'Codes'.
4. No direct linking. If you plan on using one of the images provided, please upload it to your own server.
5. If your site has any offensive material (ie: abuse, hate, homophobia, pornography, racism, etc.), it will not appear on the members list.
